Does a new cold war loom?

Russia sends over 20 warships to the Baltic sea to "destroy targets" and NATO prepares countries for invasion. Sweden is reportedly preparing to distribute a leaflet saying what its citizens should do in case of war Russian shows of force like the ones in Belarus and this latest one speaks volumes to dispel and disprove Russian propaganda painting it as the non-aggressive power.Hopefully it shows a necessity to NATO members to spend 2% of GDP and encourage the UK to improve defence spending to show its commitment to global peace.
